Recording and Transcription

During each visit, your conversation is recorded and transcribed in real time. The transcript provides a verbatim record of the encounter and serves as the foundation for your structured notes.

Start, Pause, and Resume

  • Click the microphone to start recording
  • Click Pause to stop temporarily and generate a note
  • Click Resume to continue; new speech is appended to the same transcript, and the note will update after you pause again
ℹ️
Appending preserves the initial note and applies targeted updates based on the new transcript. Unrelated sections remain unchanged, so you can add quick addenda without rewriting the whole note.

Real‑Time Transcript

  • Watch the transcript populate as you speak
  • Use timestamps to navigate and review specific moments

Background Noise: While background noise might occasionally appear as irrelevant phrases in the transcript, the AI filters them out when generating the summary.
