Multiple Notes Per Visit

Denti.AI Scribe enables you to create and manage multiple notes within a single visit, categorizing them for different purposes or audiences, such as clinical notes, referral letters, or post‑operative instructions.

When This Helps

  • Organize distinct procedures or topics under the same visit
  • Create separate documents for different recipients
  • Create a specific procedural note and a general note, such as SOAP

Create New Note

  • Click the "+" button at the top of the Notes area
  • Choose a template for the new note
  • A new note will be generated for the chosen template

Change Template for Current Note

  • Open the tab for the note you want to adjust
  • In the right‑side template panel, choose a different template
  • The note in the current tab regenerates automatically to the new structure

Changing the template will update this note, rather than creating a new one. If you want to keep the current note as well, click "+" to open a new tab first, then select a different template there.

Delete Note

  • Click the X button in the tab
  • Confirm deleting the note

Switch Between Notes

  • Use the note tabs at the top of the Notes area
  • The active tab indicates the note you are viewing and editing
