Key Capabilities
- Capture clinical findings from the transcript and free dictation

- Create or append to a chart record for the current patient

- Send the finalized chart to the PMS when integrated
Typical Workflow
- Select an Auto‑Chart template for the visit
- Record the encounter as usual
- Pause to generate findings and the initial treatment plan
- Review and adjust codes, teeth, and surfaces
- Create or update the chart record
- Send to PMS
